Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our return guidelines carefully.
Hair Extensions, Wigs & Bundles
To maintain the highest standards of quality and sanitation:
    •    Hair products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
    •    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Any signs of brushing, combing, cutting, coloring, lace trimming, or product use will void eligibility for return.
Once the seal, netting, or protective packaging has been removed or tampered with, the item becomes non-returnable.

Hair Care Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
    •    Opened or used hair care products are non-returnable.
    •    Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, sealed condition.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
    •    Custom wigs or made-to-order units
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Gift cards
    •    Worn, altered, or used products

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email info@therelentlessbeauty.com with:
    •    Your full name
    •    Order number
    •    Reason for return
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Relentless Beauty Bar is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet eligibility requirements, it will be sent back to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
