• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
• During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Relentless Beauty Bar is not liable for lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
